Boca Grande Beach House is a one story duplex located
on Gasparilla Island , Florida between Sarasota and Ft. Meyers. Gasparilla Island is a tranquil 7 mile jewel that boasts of
no high rises and no traffic lights. It has pristine white sand beaches on the Gulf side and a mangrove lined bay side. It
is known as the "Tarpon Capital of the World".
The house is located directly across the street from
the beach with an unobstructed view of the sunset and the historic Boca Grande Lighthouse Beacon. A short walk will take you
to the charming village of Boca Grande with specialty shops, restaurants, art galleries, and churches. On the way, you will
pass the Boca Grande Community Center with amenities including an exercise room, a playground, a library with internet
access. Widden's Marina (on the register of historic places) is a short bike ride away. The 7 mile jog/bike path runs
directly in front of the property and public tennis courts are at the end of our road. BocaGrande is full of "Old
Florida" charm, there is NO PLACE like it!!!
